Homeshop18 — Pathetic service & rude behaviour of customer support ( Homeshop 18 )

I booked a chapati maker in homeshop on 27 Sep & i received product on 1 Oct but it was not working so same day i filled complain in Homeshop 18 but they only giving date & they said that it would be replaced within a week but no one came & not got any call from company & after long follow up & they said that i should courier shipment in mentioned address & they would refund the amount. I did same & they got shipment on 20 Oct-2014 but didnt get any call from homeshop . When today i called to customer came they talked very rudely & they wanted to say it was my mistake to order the shipment in Homeshop 18 again they are only giving date & they are taking very rudely . It was my bad experience with Homeshop i never purchase anything from homeshop & suggest to other person . Regards, Saumitra [protected]
