[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Payment Adjustment not done. | |||
We ordered for an indo-western outfit, then asked for replacement that very day of receiving the product. The product was picked from my house after more than 2 weeks, and it has already been more than 2 months and we have not received our product. We have called more than 10 times but we only got false promises and till now we have not received our product. We asked the costumer helpline people to atleast send an SMS regarding the status of our product but we did not receive that even. We have never seen an online shopping company showing such negligence and lack of interest to a regular customer. Please help as soon as possible, for we have waited for more than 2 months.
