Homeshop18 — phone get hang and cannot be started again

sir i received my phone today at 11:00 and it got hang within 3 hrs and it get heat too much and then it swith off imidietly it self and can't be started now. plzz exchange this phone or repair it as soon as possible. sry i cant send u an image of phone coz i dont have any camera. but the recipt snap is attached
