[Resolved] Homeshop18 — PRODUCT COMPLAIN OF ORDER NO[protected] | |||
A Karbonn Titanium S3 mobile was ordered on 21st September, 2014. The order was delivered on 25th September, 2014. The order number was[protected]. After using the mobile for one week I found the LED screen was not working properly from 2nd October.When I switch on the mobile a dark patches appear on the screen and the colour of the screen was seems faded. Then I am repeatedly contacted your customer care but every time a complain number was generated but no corrective action taken to solve the issue. My complain numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. I had spent 7, 700.00 rupees but I could not use the product. Everybody from my friend's circle make a fun of me for this problem. Is this a right way to treat a customer. Kindly do the needful and took the corrective steps to change my mobile with a new one or refund me my money at the earliest. Already 13 days were passed of my complain. If days were passed like this then a time will came you would not listen to my problem and I will sit at home after sending the money. So Please change my mobile with a new one or refund my money.
