Homeshop18 — Received Philips Epilator instead of Philips shaver for men | |||
I have called to homeshop18 customer care and asked for Philips shaver for men. Executive listened incorrectly and ordered philips epilator for women. I have mailed the product pic within 48 hours and state all the problem in mail. However they called me and advised me to search the voice logs in order to resolve the problem, till the time i need wait. After 2 days they called and inform me they have checked the recording and product is delievered correctly. When I asked them to provide me recording, they simply denied and said can not share internal data of Company. That is clearly shows there will not to serve the customer.
