[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Received Wrong and Damaged products Twice | |||
I have ordered a Neheru coat with shirt ref. order no.[protected] and complaint no[protected],[protected] But i have recived damaged and also wrong product twice, while i called customer care, they indirectly said, "we can not help you and can not returns your money back" i have a lot of bad experience with HS-18, This is one of them This is really a fraud company.I suggested to viewers that never go for Homeshop18 Go for flipkart, jabaong..etc.. The quality of product is also very poor, this is not same as they are showing on TV. Was this information helpful? | |||
