SIr, A product was return to Homeshop18 on July 2014. I have not received any refund from Homeshop18. My last complain number was[protected]. I have sent my ID proof by e-mail Id and also confirm the cheque number-905673 drawn on Yes Bank of Rs.6999/-. Homeshop18 Customer care[protected] not responding my complain in this matter. Therefore I request you to kindly take the necessary action against the above matter for which I will obliged to you. This is to inform you that I have been follow up my refund cheque of Rs.6999/- since last two months over phone in your customer care number but I am not getting any positive respond from your side (neither SMS and Mail) . My last complain was 120824795 and I have not received any call from your side.
