Homeshop18 — Refund claim not processed even product was sent back | |||
Hi, We have ordered one BERG ROTI MAKER to HOMESHOP18 vide order no[protected]. As the product was defective, we request for refund/replacement of the order. As suggested by them, We dispatched the product (as communicated from Call centre) via JETEX Services vide AWB No 1929206 on 10/11/2014 which was duly received on 11/11/2014(POD attached). Till then, whenever we call at the call centre, they are saying that product s not yet delivered. We have also provided them the POD from courier Co. that same has been received at their end. However, till now we didnot get our refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

No action even after 10 days.
It seems that Homeshop18 does care for the customer complaints..
