[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund Request Denied by HomeShop18 for Rs. 2699 | |||
The customer care person just contacted me and asking me the courier number. The same question they are asking since 3 months. I would request him to call me back to resolve this ASAP. Facts of the Case: I've purchased online in March 2014 via order no.[protected] . After, receiving the courier. I found the difference in the size and then I sent the packet back within 2-3 days through a courier to them on my own expense. They said they will give me the refund as soon as they received the courier. Since March 2014, I have been trying to contact them but they are not responding. In fact, once they responded but in a very bad manner. Since 2 months, the customer care is saying that I will receive a cheque. Whereas, I have not received till today. I have already filed complaint prior to this and this one is the second again online on your website, the complaint no. is[protected]. I request you to please look into this matter so that I can get my refund. I would like to have a call back as soon as possible. Please do not take this ticket lightly, if in case I would not have received the refund I am sure I will have to take serious legal action against Homeshop18 because since March I am trying hard and all in vain. Please note that the copy of this complaint and all the previous communications through all modes are secured and would be treated as proofs in this matter. Awaiting response. Adv.
