We had ordered a mini silai machine and due to some problem it stopped working so we complained to the home shop 18 people they kept on saying it will b solved in 2-3 working days we received the production 24/04/2016 since that day we kept on calling the customer care center they either put the call on hold continuously or end the call with out our permission so we are really pissed off with this and going to complaint to the customer court. And please don't blame us later for not informing before hand and if this continues no customer will buy any products from you
And i request others not to purchase any products from home shop18 it's really risk i[censored] won't to return they won't reply to our messages or calls and suddenly end the call when we are still speaking to them. It's really a bad manner's to end the call when some one is speaking to you. You people better develop it
