DEAR SIR, WE BOOKED CRYSTAL INDUCTION STOVE COMBO ONLINE BY PHONE ON BOOKING ON 2ND MAY 2015...THE MESSAGE SIGHTED THAT PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 12 OR 13 DAYS ...BUT TILL TODAY IT IS NOT DELIVERED..I AM FROM MYSORE...OUR ADDRESS IN MYSORE IS 905/144, 4TH MAIN, 5TH CROSS, VIDYARANYAPURAM, MYSORE-570008, ..AND BY THIS MONTH END(MAY 2015) WE ARE SHIFTING OUR HOUSE.AND ALSO, AS OUR PHONE WAS DAMAGED DUE TO SOME UNCERTAINITIES THE WHOLE MESSAGES AND ORDER NUMBER ALSO GOT DELETED...I HOPE YOU WILL SOON SOLVE THE ABOVE SAID PROBLEM... THANKYOU..
