[Resolved] Homeshop18 — regarding my Bank Account nos | |||
I have received a call with telephone no [protected] as HS 18 just 10 Minuets before and ask me about my Bank account No in which they return my Amount paid for Spice mobile MI 506 and said to me they are Unable to remove my problem after a long time i.e. 21/09/2014 to 15/10/2014 after registering my complaint this is the way to behave a customer by the reputed Company HS 18. I think it is a SHAME for an business rule.I surprised that the Executive who were calling me does not know How much amount paid by me for the same (MI 506) if HS 18 calling then he knows every thing regarding a Customer dealing.
