[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Regarding not receiving of Gift Coupon

I had bought a Spice phone from Home shop 18 on 09/07/2014 . Along with it I was supposed to get a Gift coupon worth 1000 Rupees but till day i have not received the Gift coupon. I have complained several times to Homeshop18 and every time they tell me they'll send it by sms or email or that it has been sent but they never send it .Our complaint no is[protected] dated 15/07/2014 and other complaint no is[protected] dated 20/07/2014against order no[protected] dated 09/07/2014. they are just fooling people. Their customer care is so bad that i[censored] register a compliant they don't even bother to call u back...
