[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding replacement of wrong size T shirts | |||
Dear sir, I Mr. Shivshankar G. placed a order ( No.[protected] of 5 "T" shirts of XXL size on 22nd of jan and got the delivery on 2nd of feb. On opening i found that the T shirts were of wrong size (XL). On very next day i called to customer care department and returned the product on 10 of feb. by DTDC courier and as suggestions give by customer care executive. The product was reached on said adress by 12 feb but no correspondence made to me. I called on 17 feb and your customer care executive informed me to wait for next 24 hrs. On 19, 21, 24, 25 of feb made a call and every time i got the same answer wait for next 24 hours. I am completely unsatisfied by your service, If you could not returned the correct ordered product i will choose some legal way to file a complaint against Home shop 18. Hope for positive responce.
