Homeshop18 — Regarding wrong commitment and then long holding time on your customer support and still lot of humiliation | |||
I had placed an order on 21st March and the order number is[protected]. I spoke to a customer support person on 25th March (the day I received the product) and I explained my situation and my personal issue and had requested for reverse pickup and after cross checking my pin code, she confirmed that the reverse pick up will be arranged. I am now out of town on some official event. I gave calls to the same customer care number 4 times by now after receiving the product and 15 mins and 20 mins and 34 minutes were the call durations including long holding time. YOU CAN PLEASE CROSS CHECK ON YOUR RECORDINGS. It really spoiled my surprise gift for my mother. To summarise, I am highly dissatisfied with the customer support folks, their attitude and their support. One colleague promises something, the others keep me on hold and eventually say sorry. My request is kindly help me this time and arrange for a reverse pick-up and refund the money. The only thing I can do to repay your help is, I will never trouble you in future.
