Homeshop18 — replacement issue

I ordered a bean bag in the month of feb 2015 and Received it . I was not satisfied with the product . I asked for replacement. It was sent through courier and it has been a month . i call them daily. they hung up the call saying that i will get a call in 24 to 48 hrs. I kept waiting. ticket number:[protected]. Still no resolution. Worst online service I have ever seen in my life. Thanks, Gayathri
