Homeshop18 — Return and refund of product | |||||
I received damaged product of citizen pressure cookers (5.5 lit & 3.5 lit) from homeshop18 on 28-aug-2016, at 11:00am (product order number is [protected]). i want to return it and should get my refund. i made complaint calls two times to homeshop18 and homeshop18 didn't gave me any complaint numbers. they gave me 2 missed call, after 6:30pm, to show that they have contacted me. when i call back, their machine rejected my call by timing reason.
