[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — return of products

I have ordered a product (party wear saree PRODUCT CODE - 3052605, ORDER NO,[protected], FROM MOBILE NO. [protected]) from you on 24 Aug 2014. The was delivered to me on 29 Aug 14. After seen the product i have decided to return the product due to very bad quality and called your customer center for return, then your reps told me to it will take around 72 Hrs to pick up the parcel and keep the parcel ready. BUT I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CENTER REGULARLY THEY ALWAYS TOLD TOMORROW, TOMORROW IN THAT TODAY IS 16 SEP 2014. NOBODY HAS COME TO PICK YOUR PRODUCT.
