Homeshop18 — Return product/Refund money

I ordered a kurthi for price 1781(order no:[protected] on Oct 29, 2014. They delivered the wrong product. Then I called the customer service and they told to return the wrong product to a mailing address, and they will refund the money back. So I sent the wrong product in professional courier[protected] within one week. But I didnt get any response from homeshop. Kindly return the correct product/ refund the money. I have lost 1781+100 courier charges because of their mistake.
