Dear Sir, I have given a complaint on 25 Oct 14 Immediately after receiving my product on phone the customer care executive replied that your complaint is registered and your will receive a call from us.product will be collected from you within 48. but i have not received any call from the home shop18. thereafter i made a to customercare again they have told me your packet will be collected within 72 hours we have forwarded to the courier department. on 29th Oct 14 i again called to the customer care executive this time they have told me your packet certainly collected within 10 days i have waited for that also but neither i received and call nor any has come to pickup the packet .After all on 10th Nov 14 i have sopke to senior of customer care executive he has assured me that your packet will be collected within 24 hours but today also no one has came to collect my packet for refund. I was very very upset where to contact. I would be very graveful if you would be able to help in refund of the product as early as possible. order no[protected]. I have given request for the Returning of product and refund of amount which is paid for sub order no 90858021 delivered to me on 25 oct 14. I have given my request to you over phone on many times but i have not received the call from your side. Therefore again i would like to request you to kindly make necessary arrangement for the return of product and my amount for the same. I have attached the Retail Invoice herewith for your kind reference.
