Hi there,
I would like to inform you that i had ordered a saree on 2nd july, 2016 whose order id is[protected]. The order got delivered on 7th july but however on opening it, i found that you guys have sent the incorrect product to me. Hence, i called at the hs18 customer care and logged the complaint on 8th july whose complaint number is hs[protected]. I was told that reverse-pickup would be done in next 3-4 days. However, since then i am waiting for the reverse-pickup but unfortunately it didn’t happen till now.
I called around 14 times to your refund department at[protected] and even spoke around 5 times to the senior guys (Which you call escalation department) but all in vain. It’s been around 45 days since registering the complaint but still i am waiting to hear back from your side. It’s been a mentally torture that you guys have given me in all these days and now i am absolutely fed-up with your pathetic service.
Although, i have almost lost all the hopes but still sending this email to you considering that this might reach to the deaf ears. I am wondering if you are giving this pathetic service to your new customer (As this was my first order) then what the hell you do with your existing customers.
Please let me know if anything can be done in this regard or should i consider hs18 a cheat company who doesn’t pay heed to their customers’ complaints.
