My mother had ordered a pair of jeans which was being advertised on TV. They advertised that they will send blue jeans. When the guy came to deliver the goods, my mother wanted to check it before taking the delivery but that guy refused to get it checked and threatened my mother to give the money. She did the same as she was alone and is aged. When I got back in town, I called their customer services and wanted to complain and get the jeans replaced. They bluntly refused that they will not do anything and neither would they take a complaint against it as their policy states that the customer needs to call within 48 hrs of delivery and I called after 72 hrs because I was out of town. I even told them that I would approach consumer forum but they said that I can do whatever I want and they will not do anything about it. Was this information helpful? |
