[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — sofa cum bed defective piece

I have buy sofa cum bed from Homeshop18, order it at 20/06/2015 order no[protected] Dispatch through ecom express fos. In which one part is defted.now iam saying please replace it or solve the problem.but they are saying it is against there policy, they are simply fooling me please take a strict against them
