I purchare spice 501 mobile from homeshop18. The Spice Mobile is not working within 2 months, Display is off of mobile. I phone to homeshope18. They give address of spice mobile service station. I give my mobile to service station and service station send the mobile to spice company. I phone to company and they told me that the model parts are not available in company. I told this matter to homeshope18, but they are ready to accept this matter and support about it. I submit my mobile to service station 10th July 2015, but till date my mobile is not repair and the company and homeshope18 are not give proper answer and not return my repair mobile and not ready give to warranty to extend. Sir i have purchase spice mobile xlife M5+-golden. after receive the product i have complain to home shop 18 customer care that as per description of item phone memory is 4GB but in mob show only 1.3 GB. customer care has guide to me for calling spice customer care. but not attend call by spice mobile centre. many time try by me.
