Homeshop18 — There has been a long delay | |||
I ordered a ten pc apple cookware set from homeshop 18 website. It was delivered in two days dated 29 june 2014, but due to fault in the product, we complained on the customer care ( complaint no[protected] against order no[protected]. They said it will be relpleced in 48 hours, as there was no reply from home shop 18 side we again complained on 1st july (Complaint no[protected] against order no[protected]. There has been a long delay in home shop 18, we have been complaning after every 48 hours but home shop 18 agent always say it will be done in 48 hours. We did not expect such a bad service from home shop 18. Please see to our complaint as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

There has been 5 days since homeshop18 replied on our complaint. But there has been no action since then. The company is paying no heed to our complaints. The company is such a fraud. If there is no action taken, we will file a case in the consumer court against them.
