Homeshop18 — Till yet not getting product from Service Station.

Dear Sir/Mam, I had Purchase a TABLET brand of Simmtronix from homshop18 But within 15-20 day it was not working properly(Display Problem Was there)..so that I send it to Your service station by courier to Nagpur.As Your Service station manager told me that ...my product will deliver to me within 15 days period but till date i m waiting. Sir/Mam I COMPLAINTS many times on cust.care numbers as well as simmtronix Center no. given by cust.care representative. Every time i got positive response from them but till yet my product not delieverd. Sir/Mam i already given all details to your Cust Care Reprentataive many Times.
