[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Used product received and after returning it back, only harrasment received, not the money | |
I ordered a product and i received it on March 19th. When I open the product found it was an used one and happily they send it to customer!!! The order no is suborder #[protected], product is Wonderchef Turbo Dual Speed Food Processor with Peeler Plastic Carrot Grater and Slicer. When I talked to their customer care executive, they suggested to return so that i could get my money back and they would pay me the courier charge with the product price. It is now almost 2 months passed, still I have not get anything. Every time I talked to them, they always asked for another 1/2 days, 7/10 working days.. blah blah. They are simply cheating customer in a very large range. When I talked to some of my colleagues, they also faced some of problems with this website particularly. Please be WARNED, don't take anything from this company as they used to harass many customers giving fake commitments. Was this information helpful? | |
