Hi i ordered a steelo container set worth 1790 and they wrongly delivered me a product which is worth 999... So i made a complaint... They asked to return the product on my own risk... When i asked for return pickup they said i m out of area for return pick up... The courier charge is 450... They wrongly sent me the product but they r saying i have to bare 90% for the courier charges they give only 10%... I made a complaint against this... Finally they said they cant provide the 90% of courier charges becoz of company policy.. Then i left that still they never deposited the 10% of the courier charges and also the replacement of the product
