[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong and incomplete package

I had booked a combo of weighing machine & digital thermometer(make Dr. Morepen) on 07 aug 2016 vide order no.[protected].on 11aug 2016 i was delivered package having thermometer of a cheaper brand"MEDIGOLD". I complained to customer care & my package was picked up for replacement. Now on 25aug2016 i received replaced package & to astonish it was having weighing machine only digital thermometer was absent.

Updated by gaurav427 their customer care is saying that they will send it separately however they are not responding to my mails. Perhaps these people are avoiding to commit in written, which raise doubt on their intention.
