[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong invoice and wrong product info order no.[protected] | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order for ikall k66 combo with order no.[protected] but received the same without any invoice of that.. After calling in customer care Hs18 executive sent an invoice. But with wrong imei numbers which are not available on any one of received phones Also hs18 has displayed wrong info of product. By saying. Internal Memory of phone 64 mb approx. But received only 9kb internal Memory.. But now they are not responding properly. That is totally wrong fake and fraud Please help to get the resolve the issue and refund back the amount collect back product asap.. Sudhir sharma Sh.
