[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong product delivered twice. Not replacing even after calling 20 times. | |||
I have placed my order[protected] on 19 July 2014. I received wrong product first time. I have sent back the product from my side and it was reached to you on 30th July. I have email the POD too. After waiting for almost 28 days and calling many times to your customer care, I received the product but again this time wrong product was sent by you. After that I called to customer care again and they promise to get it picked up from my place within 3-4 days. Its been more than 3 weeks but no one is arrived to pick up the product for return. I have called customer care so many times but every time they says wait for another 48-72 hours. No one is giving me concrete answer and nothing is moving about my complaint. This is work shopping experience of my life. Worst customer support. No one is ready to give me escalation matrix too. I will not suggest anyone to shop on Homeshop18.
