Homeshop18 — Wrong Promises and Deficiency in Service | |||||
Dear Team, By looking Roti Maker Demonstration on HomeShop18 channel and believing in High Promises given therein, I booked a roti maker which was delivered to me and on using the said product on very first day it failed its performance as promised on HomeShop18 channel. The Rotis baked on the product were disfigured and burnt and were unconsumable. I immediately got in touch with HomeShop18 customer care and loged my grivencies to me. I was told that we only provide 48 hrs warranty for products and they refused to entertain my complaint for Refund/Replacement of product and they did not make any efforts in resolving my complaint/grievances inspite of making loud promises while selling the product on their channel. As a bonafied consumer/purchaser, I felt cheated, deceived and lured to purchase the said poduct by seeing the advertisement on said channel. Instead of helping the Customer in solving their grievances, they show great apathy to their grievances and refuse to entertain and resolve the grievances of customer after collecting product amount. Therefore I am filing this complaint before your forum to take appropriate necessary action against HomeShop18 for selling sub-standard and inferior quality products and luring customers to purchase the same.
