[Resolved]  Homeshop18.com — item is not delivered to me but still hs18 not providing me refund

order number:[protected], it is not delivered to me hence i raised the complaint 6 days ago and i am calling from last 6 days and sending email too but they are neither replying me nor solving the issue, EVERY DAY THEY DO PROMISE FOR CALL BACK WITHIN 2 HR BUT THEY NEITHER CALLING ME NOR HELPING ME, and even today i called 2 times and their representative was not talking properly to me, HE WAS SAYING IT IS DELIVERED TO, HE WAS TRYING TO SAY THAT I AM A LIER, AND HE WAS SAYING TO PAY AGAIN TO GET THE ITEM EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAIED PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE PUNISH THEM AND PROVIDE ME MY MONEY BACK AGAINST THIS FRAUD
