I was an immediate need of a shoe rack, however salesman convinced me to sell it off with a promise to get it delivered in 4 working days. When I called up on 5th working day 21st Aug) to call center @[protected], I spoke to Ajay and he asked me to wait for another 6 working day for me to get the product. I am highly disappointed to witness such unprofessionalism displayed by store staffs just in order to sell off the product. I fail to understand, this way neither store nor the brand can expect loyalty from a customer.
