I'm V.Anbarasu residing in no:52 (plot no: 387), kongiamman nagar, nandhiyabakkam, chennai-600120, thiruvallur district.I changed new meter before 5 months. But now it is moving in reverse for last two months so I can't note appropriate and proper reading. So I paid heavy electric bill for last two months.so I request to take proper measures to change the meter.then only I leave suffering from paying heavy amount
