I had been gifted an home town gift voucher some time back. The voucher number is [protected]. Your outlet at home town – ghodbunder road has refused to accept this voucher saying that it has expired. Also, he refused to re validate the gift voucher. How can you refuse to revalidate a gift voucher which has been bought by cash ? All modern retail outlets like shoppers stop, reliance retail extend the validity of gift vouchers after expiry. I urge you to immediately re validate this gift voucher. Otherwise, i will be constrained to initiate legal action and also ensure that you get maximum negative publicity about this incident on social media. I had redeemed my big bazaar e gift card on 22-May-20, as per 1 year validity it is valid upto 21-May-21, but i am surprised that during visit of big bazzar store at Vapi Gujarat on 09-May-21 cash counter person told same was expired.
requested to guide how to re validate the same and all other e vouchers had feasible to re validate.
