HomeTown — product not delivered but still saying it delivered

hi recently i have bought a product throw snapdeal of HomeTown-Simply Study Desk.but then Hometown called me directly saying that they sending me a differnt colour of table but same product and also they said they sending it via Manually to me and will received it on 24th April 2015.but Still now i not received the product and Suddenly i saw in Snapdeal it showing that i have received the product on 23rd April 2015 but its all false cause on 23rd i was at home but i never received any call or product from hometown or snapdeal or anyone.Even i called to snapdeal everyday after 24th that why my product still not received to me and then suddenly on 29th April i saw on snapdeal its showing deliverd to me but its all wrong so please help me to get my product or get my money back to my account then i will be very thankful to you ORDER NO. : [protected](on snapdeal) i ordered the product on 11th April 2015 sourish sarkar contact number:[protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com
