The service of company is not good as employees take too much time and we have to wait for long...

I purchased Honda Activa 5g from Haiku Honda Indiranagar, Bangalore. Now exactly in 18th Month from date of Purchase, 5000 km less than Warranty, Battery have stopped Working and is not Charging.
Haiku Honda is not ready to change the Battery now and asking to Purchase New one . Vehicle wasn’t Used daily due to Pandemic so counting months exactly to 18 would be wrong....

I took my brand new 2 wheeler activa 6g to my nearest service centre to get it serviced. Since then only I encountered self start problem in it.
