Honda 2 Wheelers India — Average problem in activa two wheeler

Sir/ma'am, i have to purchased an activa two wheeler scooter on 9/07/2014 at kota modern motors tel[protected]Selling dealer code- rj080001), rajasthan . As per company norms an activa two wheeler must gives at least 60 km/l average... But my scooter gives only 45 km/hr. I had complained many time for average problem but they refused to solve by saying that... " its in good condition. And an average of 60 km/hr is an ideal condition. But originally its given 50km/hr only... So its k. "

I also face many problem like crumbling machines and body problems. But there is no solution from there side.

So please help me
