Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bad customer service and irresponsible staff | |||||
On 16.05.2016 at about 0900 hrs i was deposited my honda activa for servicing at sharayu 2 wheelers pvt. Ltd. Panvel, but till 1700 hrs the job was not attended/started by the service center staff and advised to collect the vehicle on next day. Is it the customer service that we expect from a reputed firm? Further, it is not happened first time. Same type of service was also happened with me at same dealer and no person was interested to complete my job till the evening. The staff is not in control of the manager and he himself was not responding properly to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
