Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bad service and malpractice during sale of Activa 3G | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked an Activa 3G during 11 May 2016 at Nandhil Honda Punalur, Kollam Dist in the name of Miss Sasikala and paid the full amount of Rs 69056/- . After repeated requests, The dealer delivered the scooter on 19 May without temp regn. After repeated requests, on 27 May the dealer revealed that the bill was created on 23 May and Temp regn will may delayed so far. Being a reputed company, I request your good honour that take suitable action against the sub dealer Nandhil Honda, Punalur, Kollam Dist, Kerala State who are making bad images to Honda company by creating false allegations with customers. I know personally that so many customers are not giving their vehs for servicing due to their negligence. Even in my case I feel guilty to purchase the vehs from Nandhil Honda Punalur.
