Hi team My name is Sufiyan Pathan I have been a customer of honda since 2014 and in the month of June I also purchased honda activa. Last Sunday I had given my honda shine for servicing but the service and the commentments made were pathetic and still after paying 1500 rupees my vehicle is not serviced properly and I had been promised that servicing will be done till 12 noon on Monday but as usually it was a commitment failure due to which I had to arrange a cab which costed me 300rs futher for my job. Except for Wahid (mamu) nobody showed interest in resolving the issue After all I belive services rendered were pathetic and believe I need to do the servicing once again but have lost the trust.
