Honda 2 Wheelers India — Complaint regarding poor response in lieu of repair/replacement of damage parts of car no hr 03 q 3162

In this regard i it is submitted that i am owner of subject cited car for the last three years. When i approached your dealer in panchkula for its servicing after a mileage of 40000 km. I along with service engineer of the said dealer namely harmony honda, industrial area, panchkual noticed that driver seat is making some noise and unstable due to which driving was uncomfortable. Accordingly i requsted service engineer to replace the driver seat to avoid any untoward incident but response from his side was poor. Later on i. E on 1st july 2016 i again visited the harmony honda, industrial area, panchkual to redress the same problem.In response he got opened the driver seat and told that supporting rod welding is broken and needs its replacement. And intimated me that order for procurement of driver seat will be placed shortly and accordingly as and when seat is received, same will be replaced. I received a telephonic message on 11.07.2016 on my mobile no [protected], the message was that new seat has been received and visit for its replacement in showroom/workshop. For getting the work done i visited the showroom/workshop dropped my car on 12.07.2016 at 1:00 pm for replacement of driver seat. Again at 5;00pm, through telephonic message it has conveyed to me that your car has been ready and collect the same from showroom so i visited showroom at 6;45 but surprised to see that driver seat from a demo car was been replaced but same was not new. When i talked about this, representative of agency told that the new seat received is rusted one so leave your vehicle with the showroom and will sort out the tomorrow positively. Again i visited showroom at 13.07.2016 at 2;30 pm, there i notice that the rusted seat was being installed instead of new seat (Photographs in this regard is enclosed herewith. When i raised a question then a representative made a remark on the re-estimate that "new part ordered, will be received in 4-5 working days then we will repleced the said part' (Photocopy attached) again on 20.07.2016 i was informed through telephone that said part is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
It is also worth to mention here that i approached many times on help line no one - two-one and in response attendant told that we will talk to the dealer to redress the matter at an early date.
So, in view of the circumstance explained above your goodself is requested to look into the matter otherwise, matter will be brought on social media or i will have to knock the door of hon'ble court inconvenience caused to me and also mental tension.

i will not suggest to purchase a honda amaze car due to noise problem and non arability of parts with the company.
