Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda activa's vehicle number not received after 5 months from the date of bike delivery

Dear honda team,

I booked honda activa on 07/02/2016 where i made a down-payment of rs.12000 at alto motors at koparkhairne.
Afterwards i got delivery on 11/02/2016, but in few days alto motors dealer showroom was closed. I got my vehicle on tc number and my emi's started for the same. Honda dealers from other showrooms didn't support me in this case, whereas the bank started em
Till date the documents which i have is booking receipt, insurance, honda booklet and few bar-code slips. I have not received my rc book and vehicle number till date and no one is taking ownership to help me in this case i. E. Bank, honda team (Dealers), rto.
