Dear Sir, I purchased a activa from your dealer. On 28. jan.2015 in new model but I surprised when I check on Internet this activa is 2014 model (net report attached) what my rc show 2015 model . (photo copy attached) what is this.? I requested to provide full data regarding Manufacture Year of Honda ACTIVA Bering Frame no. ME4JF502LE7287946 Eng no. JF50E71287969 under invoice no 14IN00330 Dated. 28/01/2015 issued by unique motor Mansa

i bought a hornet 160 in june 2017 .this is to inform you that i am so upset for the service and the performance of my vehicle since a year.so i think that i boughtr a secondhand vehicle in a new bike price . so i don't want to keep this vehicle anymore in my garage .you have to know that i bought a new bike not a older one.so iam not interested to visit service center again and again .therefore i request you to replace my bike or i will go to the consumer forum .

I have purchased HORNET 160cc from your showroom located at CHINCHWAD, Pune. I have booked it in on 10th of Oct 2017. My bike's delivery date was on 13th but on 12th Oct morning i got a phone call from the showroom saying that your bike is ready and please take the delivery today i.e. on 12th Oct. On the day of delivery I didn't notice any problem with the bike. But from the very next day I noticed problem in the gear box and suspension. Shifting the gear up didn't have any problem but while shifting down the gear were not engaged and the speed was not slowing down and this problem is severe in traffic. Suspension is also not good. I went to the showroom and told them about the problem and they asked me to visit their service centre. At the service centre the technician took a test ride and confirmed that the bike has problem regarding gear shifting and suspension. New bikes generally have some problems regarding hard gear shifting but this is not the case in my bike. The technician have also agreed to this and told me that other Hornet didn't have this problem. Its only with this bike and he asked me to keep the bike at their service centre for 2-3 days. They are telling me that they will replace the gear box and suspension. I dont want to dismantle the new engine. Its like i am riding a 2nd hand bike after paying for new bike. I haven't paid you for a second hand bike. I don't think so this vehicle was tested on line at Honda's factory because gear shifting and suspension are the problem that can be easily noticed. And if so it was tested and certified OK then i am sorry but your quality test is very poor. And also the showroom people delivered me the bike before delivery date. You people fooled me by giving the damaged vehicle. Even the Service Head at the service centre has given me in writing about the problem in bike on their letter head. I am attaching the scanned copy of it.
With so much happiness i have purchased this vehicle from HONDA but the quality of the vehicle is not at all good. Paying Honda almost 1 lakh for the vehicle and now so much trouble i am facing. Its like pay and buy trouble from HONDA. We trusted honda but now i am regretting myself to purchase the vehicle from HONDA. Honda is not living upto their reputation.
The bike is having this big issues in the start only. It may give other problems in future. I don't think it was tested in your factory. I am sorry to say this but the trust in Honda is lost. I don't want any individual part replacement at this early stage. I have paid Honda for the whole bike and not for individual parts. I want bike replacement.
