Honda 2 Wheelers India — Sell of defective vehicle | |||
I have purchased a honda dio On 13th of Oct'16 at Guwahati. First I took the vehicle to home and realize that a sound coming out from handle bar. I immediately visited dealer and they confirmed that the asset has a manufacturing defect and after my several request they have changed the vehicle. I took the next vehicle & came to home and realize that again a sound conming from handle bar. Now they are saying that the shock absorber has a manufacturing defect and they will replace the same. Is this the way of selling a new vehicle. Now I decided to filing a cosumer case against the honda dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Branch service manager is ill treating the customers, not attending the issues. Harsh treatment of customers. First free Service wasn't good either
