Honda 2 Wheelers India — Warranty battery not exchanged | |||||
I am santhi s nair. I have purchased an Activa3G from Zodiac Honda Motors, Near railway station, kottarakara, kollam, kerala on 27/01/2016(kl25H4641)After 10 months I have gone to service to the showroom and the battery Warranty) has weak and no capacity for recharging. so they have taken back the battery on 15/11/2016 for replacing from the Honda company. For that I have submitted the copy of the RC Book and service book.Then they informed me that the new battery will give within 4 days. Bit till this date they did not issue the new battery and instead of it they fitted a used battery on 01/12/16.The serial No. of the used battery which fitted and serial no. of the cover is different and the same is not in good condition.My imagination is that the Zodica Motors, kottarakara has taken the company battery and installed low cost battery. What I can do Sir. Please be taken necessary action for getting new battery and I am waiting for a favourable and kind reply from your office.
