Honda Amaze — Mileage issue its give only 6km

I have purchase car on - 08/10/2014 from the vendor M/s Shaman cars India pvt ltd.and the receipt was prepared by Mr.Noor Hakim..at the time of purchase car trader have said amaze car mileage is 15.5km but when we have started driving it after purchase its give only 6km milege..the day i started problem i have register complain to Honda customer care ...no outcome came till now...on regular basis i keep followup with them they are giving excusses...and proving me wrong that company has not promises for anything like that...but according to ARAI also amaze car mileage is 15.5km per liter only...now my last hope is with you i have evey prove with me like mail...receipt of purchase lone approval...
