Honda Cars India Ltd. — After sales service complaint | |||||
It is so sad to inform you about pathetic after sales service of your company. I have Brio and Pinkcity Honda service center at Alwar has given us maximum troubles possible. Following are my complaints about the center: 1. Unable to detect the correct issue: Gear of my car is creating problem. On sending for service 3 times in consecutive weeks, they said gear has no problem. Btw gear is still creating a problem and I don't drive my car anymore. 2. Wrong dated invoice: They have given us invoice of service dated last year (2015 year). On asking repeatedly for correct date invoice, reply is nothing but a delay. 3. No sense of correct communication: Does Honda teach its executives to communicate properly? Or are there any guidelines given to them regarding the same? They shout at us as we make repeated complaints. 4. Worsen situation of my car: There is sparking in the bonet, battery gone after a month of service. They say we left lights of car on. I have been driving car since 10 years now, I know I have not left lights on. Plus, what about that strange noise coming from bonet? Please remember, after sales service is the key to loyalty and repurchase. We are definitely not going to recommend Honda to any of our family and friends. But ourselves thinking to switch to competitors if correct and prompt actions are not taken. Was this information helpful? | |||||
