I have recently purchased a Honda Jazz from Ace Honda in Noida on 16/7/15.There have been a variety of issues and for which I have sent a detailed mail to Ace Honda with copy to customer relations at Honda Car India.All one gets is a standard script driven auto reply from Parampreet Singh and nothing thereafter. My issues are:
1. non availability of accessories despite being assured that they have come
2. Excess charge for Registration as the receipt from RTO Noida is for less than the amount taken from me

Dear Sir/Mam, I was having some accidental repair of my car on left side, I was handed over the job card mentioning the details of repairs to be done. But when I went to get my car for your service center only one denting painting was done of my car & rest was as it it. After inquiring about the pending work they straight away denied and said that I have agreed for the work that has been done. But they have done tempering on their copy job card. I own a honda city mh-01bb-8504 which i have bought from apex honda worli in april 2012. My car is hardly driven 16283 kms when i gave the car for servicing today in more then 3 years.

It is a thrid time that i have complained about a problem in the air conditioning not working properly in 3 years. Every time there had been some part wear and tear.

Today im informed that the brake pads have been worn out at just 16000 kms. The battery is also having issue. The air conditioning some rings have issue needs to be replaced.
And the list can go on. With rust on...

Hi, I have purchased a Honda Amaze car 8 months back. My car got breakdown on 18th July, 2015 on a long drive. We tried to reach out for Honda assistance by all means and finally we got help from the nearby Honda service centre after 5 hours. I got stuck in an isolated area for almost 5 hours with my family. My honda amaze car reg no-br01-cf-2992 registered in the name of my wife mrs manisha singh, met with an accident on 06/07/2015 where its front bumper and left side light got damaged which caused some scratches on the left side of the car. One of the worst companies I ve come across in terms of customer care & after sales service Bought Amaze 4 months back from Pushp Honda, Kanpur. Honda Sales team is too lucrative nd promised more than they could fulfilled at the times of sales. Took zero depreciation insurance as told by them. This is with reference to the repair and insurance claim. Kindly note that the final invoice amount for invoice issued to me was Rs. 33279, while that issued to the Insurance Company was Rs 31013.20. You may kindly notice that there is a discrepancy on the amount issued for the repair work undertaken and this difference is Rs. 2266. This should not have been the case. I purchased my car on 12th Jan'15. I booked my 3rd service on 5th Jul'15 in your authorised service centre at Ring Road Honda, peeragarhi for pick and drop of my car DL4CAW 5239 on 18th Jul'15. I reminded them on 17th Jul'15. They missed the date, no communication received why they failed for pick up. While contacting them, very casual approach to handle the customer which gives a feeling of harassment. Again they committed to pick the car on 19th Jul'15. Height of irresponsibility/ harassment from honda! Not at all all expected & accepted specially from honda! All kind of issues faced in these 5.5 months- issues in terms of quality & service. Nobody is will to take the responsibility to resolve the issue properly!
