   I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by pink city honda jaipur I own two honda cars jazz and brio

   Cars are not properly cleaned and vacuumed  there is dust in the car even pieces of torn papers in the car 

     But this time no call was made from honda regarding recall to change the part called PUD 

      But they changed it after  I refused to car service as I was not satisfied with the charges they demand. I told them to send my car back without doing anything . I was not informed about any honda...

It is been more than 5 days, but still my insurance claim is not process.(solitaire Honda ANDHERI) And no one is answerable for same. People are just not bother to call, receive call, call back and inform about the status. I am practically following up with team daily but no Team leader / manager want to attend my call, your operator always say manager is not in cabin and TL is busy can't talk now. Very poor customer service. Honda has very good cars, but If this kind of service I will never recommend this brand to anyone. This is my first service experience with Honda and it is pathetic. I am using honda accord car model 2004, when i came from mumbai to pune the car engine is over heated and water pump is leaked, then i take the car with the help of recovery.
The service manager insulted me and my car, he told me throw this old car in basket, we cannot accept for repair, it will take 2 years, no parts also available,
He slso shouted me and speak bad words, please take necessary action against him

Hi sir
This is regarding purchase of my honda amaze ex mt model of diesel version from "magnum honda" kanakapura road bangalore in may-2014.
Within 20000km i replaced clutch plate twice.
I am not understanding where is the issue, if myd riving skill is having issue then i drove earlier 7 years maruti vehcile and i never faced this issue.

Please let me know how to deal with this issue?
As i don't want again to spend 15k for next 5000km. i saw many articles in web with the same issue i am reporting. please take serious action on this otherwise i amy appeal...

I had purchased a honda "shine" motorcycle in the year 2014 and it is running 3374 km at the time my last servicing at dankuni showroom. But my bitter experience which i had observed during my motor bike service time on last occasion as well as on previous occasion also, that your service manager insist the customer to add something new service against price or replace other machinery, which we think need not required to replace the same. Inspite of strictly mentioned in your job card not to replace any spare they replace some spare parts unnecessarily to enhance the billing amount of servicing.

I have purchased honda activa 3g vehicle dt:15.07.2016, (reg no:tn54 l 9957) while i’m driving the vehicle engine noise is very high so i check my vehicle silence engine case is damage so i go to ramani honda service concern person told to me its not manufacture complaint its your complaint so u pay the amount rs-11000/- we will replace it.
please note –
but my question is i’m not met any accident you will check my vehicle and silence frame is steel body then how could its possible to damage .another issue is spare parts rate is too high compare then other dealer...

My car is Honda Amaze and number is Gj27 Ah 5281.

I called honda landmark to pick my car for service on 19th oct 2016. They picked my car from my house and same day they returned it with broken front bumper. As my front bumber had some scratch but it was nit broken.

I called landmark honda service centre, Isanpur, Ahmedabad but they are blaming on me instead of get it repaired. They are not accepting their fault and arguing with me.

I told them to check your service centre camera as car bumper was not broken when given to service...

My car registration no is - MH14 EH 9587.I had opted for insurance policy of HONDA Assure from HONDA Dealer - Deccan Honda in Pimpri and availed for complete coverage policy . However it was noted little late from my side that in add ons the Key replacement amount of Rs 288 and odd . I had taken up this issue with dealer stating that when i have asked for complete coverage hwo can this happen, i have made payment of Rs 32379 so the difference of just Rs 288 shouldnt have made much difference . On realsing i requested for amendment to the policy with this additional amount for key replacement part...

I also had sever pain below the shoulder blades and i feel Honda jazz front seat are very uncomfortable to drive.Extremely uncomfortable front seat, did not notice on test drive, but after long commutes and trips.I actually considered removing the head restraint as the neck pain increases because of it....

I purchased honda activa 3g for 67, 000 inr in honda mech agency in pattukkottai. They failed in all their promise.
Their mechanics are not efficient even they can't fix side mirror properly two times mirror fell down on road.
Before 10 days self motor worn out they don't have it in stock and then they ordered but material still not received we are using kicker

I have buyed Honda city from maxim Honda kangra nagrotabagwa h.p and after its first 4000 km and 4 months my disc pad have been changed by courtesy Honda Shimla and after next 2000 km they again change it all this done in warranty and it's all changed for 4 times till 10000 km of my car and car has only completed 1 year . Then I go to the main seller and tell him that I want my car to be OK because a simple pad should work about 10000 km. They told me that it is not done in warranty and all. And tell me that it is not replaced it has only repair by I should pay and have a repaired parts in my car....
