We own a Honda car and like to take good care of it. We generally trust the services provided by reputed places and we assume Honda and the dealers are trustworthy.
We sent our car for service and only required and requested was oil change and car wash. Also requested for pickup from our home.

I had filed a complaint with honda divine on the type bulging out from one side of the tyre. I had been informed by the manufacturer of the tyres (Good year in this case), that their representative would be visiting to attend the complaint.

Honda — Not getting response for complaint filed for honda shine loud noise

I have just recently bought Honda Shine 125F new model and ran it for 2100kms.When i speed it upto 40km/h then the engine makes loud noise and it sounds like driving truck.I have already serviced my bike from Punjab Honda Satellite branch Ahmedabad but the service persons are not giving proper solutions. I am completely Unsatisfied with this behavior and with this bike. I have mailed my problem to customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com and also tweeted to official twitter handle of Honda two wheelers but still haven't got any satisfactory response. I have purchase honda brio from heritage honda agra. And i take the car to noida and car stopped automatically in noida on expressway i lodge a complaint on honda road side assistance no proper solution given.

It is so sad to inform you about pathetic after sales service of your company. I have Brio and Pinkcity Honda service center at Alwar has given us maximum troubles possible. Following are my complaints about the center:

1. Unable to detect the correct issue: Gear of my car is creating problem. On sending for service 3 times in consecutive weeks, they said gear has no problem. Btw gear is still creating a problem and I don't drive my car anymore.

2. Wrong dated invoice: They have given us invoice of service dated last year (2015 year). On asking repeatedly for correct...

They hide the fact this particular stepne is of smaller size and is not a regular way their other cars have. It come as a surprise to the customer. Even it is written in their book, the customer will know once he has bought the product. This deviation from normal isn't highlighted. This is fraudulent marketing. This may risk the life of drivers. This cheap marketing strategy is not expected from Honda. If you think I am wrong do the customer survey if customers know about the same before buying this car...

Rs. 1000 nobody was bother about my kitchen stolen by deccan honda people, even paid the money for driver side mirror repair but they are not repaired it. I have purchased vehicle in march 2015 from deccan
I have done servicing 6 times from honda in last year.
Always has some or other difficulties in dealing this time everything
Goes beyond my expectations, i renewed my insurance from deccan
Honda and deccan team paid my insurance to some other company because of which after trying to process claim i have go through lot of pain and agony.

Hi,
My car registration no is dl 4cab 6515, honda crv 2005, bought from rr honda. Surprisingly on my recent check i realized the car i bought was a 2, 4 at. And the rc says 1998 cc. I have been cheated and this came to my knowledge when i was going to sell the car. Now due to this i can't sell the car and no one is doing anything to rectify the same.
If i do not get the correction done by honda asap, i am going to the consumer court, publish the same in the news paper and use all media options to ensure that this does not happen with anyone else. I have been cheated and loosing money...
